As of 30th April 2024 our online gallery system will be changing due to policy changes and recommendations from

the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY

If you missed the chance to view/purchase your images from a swim school we attended please use the form below to request an online gallery.

FIRST STROKES CUSTOMERS: You can view the images of your child while our team is present during the sales week at your pool and receive a discounted purchase rate.

Once you have submitted the form below our team will then locate your images, create your secure online gallery and e-mail you the details of how you can access the gallery. You will then be able to view and purchase any images you wish directly through our online gallery system.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not hold any information regarding any children. We have no access to individual school databases. We cannot find children by name. Please ensure a precise description of your child is given in order for us to locate them. I.E. Hat colour, goggle colour, hair colour, swimsuit colour/pattern type/brand, skin colour, male/female, age.

It is imperative that a detailed description is given.

Refraining from including this information will delay our attempts to create your online gallery.

We regret we cannot process online gallery requests while our team are working within the pool you are requesting from. We aim to process all requests as fast as possible but in particularly busy periods your request may take up to 20 working days.
